Scheduling Policies:
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Cancellations made less
than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment scheduled.
Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you, our spray tanners cannot
fill no-show appointments, so we ask our clients to have consideration for their
tanner! When scheduling parties of 4 or more, we require a credit card number to
hold your appointment.
Scheduling Considerations:
South Coast Glow is a busy custom spray tanning salon and we strive to get
you the appointment times you desire. We always appreciate our clients booking ahead
so we can guarantee you get tanned when you need to be!
Late appointments:
We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please
keep in mind that we book appointments in 30 minute increments, therefore we usually
cannot accommodate our clients that are over 10 minutes late. We understand things
happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, but please allow ample time to make your
appointment time.
